I just enabled “Whisper Mode” on my Amazon Echo Dot and I must say, it is the CREEPIEST thing ever! Who thought this feature was a good idea??

Funny how a song can bring you back in time. I just heard Daniel Bedingfield’s “If You’re Not the One” on SiriusXM. That brought back a memory of sitting in the booth taking requests on a Friday night in 2004.

Today I stopped in at a Chase Bank branch that I had never been to before. I needed to withdraw money in specific denominations. There were no tellers, only ATMs. A “not teller” asked if she could help me so I asked her for my withdrawal denomination. She explained the bank had no money other than the ATM and the machines only carried twenties. I guess this is the future we all wanted.

As we celebrate the Resurrection this Easter, I am resurrecting the website BrendanOnline after an extended hiatus.  It’s hard to believe that I started this website over 15 years ago before Social Media and smartphones.  The new site is totally self-contained.  Read more about it in the article.
